  • Nutrition assessment and consultation provides a comprehensive analysis of the information you provide in the Nutrition Assessment Form.
  • Diet, digestion, age, gender, lifestyle and health status are all considered in determining the best nutritional plan for optimal health.
  • Nutritional strengths and weaknesses of diet or digestion or metabolism are identified, and possible drug-nutrient interactions or side-effects are discussed.
  • Includes information on meal planning, food combining, dietary supplements, individual nutrients and how best to promote optimum nutritional health.
  • Client receives a copy of the assessment write-up for future reference.
  • A one hour consultation is provided to discuss your nutrition information and answer any questions you may have.
  • Follow-up consultations are available at discount rates.

Other health plans may also provide benefits for nutritional services.These and other health plans may cover nutrition assessments and consultations when symptoms are related to diet or digestive problems (like high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, morbid obesity, acid reflux, food sensitivities or digestive issues).
  • Patients typically pay a $10.00 to $20.00 copay.
