Nutritional Consultation and Assessment Facts
Nutritional Consultations and Assessments
- Nutritional consultation and assessment provides a comprehensive analysis of information from the client's Nutrition Information Form.
- A one hour consultation is provided to discuss the client's nutrition information and answer any questions
- The client's diet, digestion, age, gender, lifestyle and health status are all considered in determining the best individual plan.
- Rather than write a diet that may be difficult to adhere to, the client is advised on areas of nutritional strength (that don't need to be changed), and areas of weaknesses in the diet, digestion or metabolism that the client should focus on to improve overall nutrition.
- A combination one hour consultation and assessment provides a written analysis to the client based on information from the Nutrition Information Form and personal consultation.
- Information on nutritional strengths and weaknesses, meal planning, food combining, individual nutrients, dietary supplements, and how best to promote optimum nutrition is included.
- For clients taking medications, potential side effects or drug-nutrient interactions are identified and discussed.
- Consultations are held at my office in Redmond, WA. Phone consultations are also available at no extra charge for clients who have transportation problems or live outside the Redmond area.
